A licence is only the start of your checks. Our guide to ten questions to ask before booking covers the rest, and our how we protect your trip page explains how your trip is looked after once you have booked. Travel advisors who want to work with us can read our page for advisors and agents.

Some of what we sell is not ours to issue. Permits for gorilla treks in Uganda are issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority and in Rwanda by the Rwanda Development Board, and park fees in Kenya and Tanzania are set by the authorities that run those parks. We arrange permits and pay them on your behalf, but the prices and rules belong to the authorities and can change. See our page on gorilla permits for how booking works, our partners page for the organisations we work with and our private safari guides for the people who lead the trips.
We do not copy reviews onto our own pages. Our reviews and ratings page shows the current ratings from the independent review sites and links to each one, so you can read the reviews where they were written.
Our team works in English, German and Spanish. Write to us or message us on WhatsApp and a specialist replies within 24 hours, and you can ask for the licence and registration details above to be sent to you in writing.
Ask us anything about who we are, then send your dates and group size. We check availability first, tell you exactly what is open, and only then ask you to commit.
